About Thompson & Morgan

Established in 1855 by William Thompson in Ipswich . He later began working with John Morgan and from there the business name Thompson & Morgan started. Nowadays the company operates internationally and owns the sites tmseeds.com (US) and thompsonmorgan.ca (Canada)

Their innovative packaging allows plants to be supplied in the following sizes – mini-plug, plug, jumbo and postiplugs. The postiplugs are larger but are still able to fit through your letterbox so that reach you as freshly as possible.

The  company works closely with the RHS and Kew Gardens to supply individually tailored ranges. The RHS range includes items that are particularly suited to young children who are trying out gardening. In fact there is a section on the website called Gardening for Beginners which offers hints and tips for gardeners of all ages.

Look out for the Perfect for Polllinators logo on the seeds that Thompson & Morgan supplies. This is an RHS approved scheme to encourage bees and butterflies.
