Broad Bean & Pancetta Soup
Here’s a super recipe from the River Café London for broad bean and pancetta soup.
You’ll also need celery, carrots, onions, leeks and garlic for the soup base so it’s a great way to use up a variety of crops from your plot.
The result is simply delicious and if you make it in advance it’s something to look forward to when you get in from a hard session on your allotment.
